Governor DeWine Decriminalizes Hemp and CBD Goods

COLUMBUS (News Speak 1480 WHBC) – Earlier these days at the Ohio State fair Governor Mike DeWine signed state bill 57 which decriminalizes hemp and CBD merchandise.

The bill will permit the development and processing of industrial hemp and hemp merchandise in Ohio, which the Governor believes will support add to the state economy.

The legislation goes into impact instantly soon after it was signed by Governor DeWine due to an emergency clause.
