Cannabis Only Permitted at Osheaga if in Unopened Container From Government Supply

Significantly less than a week ahead of Montreal’s annual Osheaga festival, the event’s organizers are warning that even although cannabis will be permitted on web page, only sealed containers from a government supply will be permitted.

A tweet published Saturday on the festival’s Twitter web page reads that all cannabis goods brought onto the web page should be legally bought from Quebec Cannabis Society (SQDC) or an authorized non-Quebec cannabis shop and in a sealed container that has never ever been opened.

Festival-goers will, consequently, not be in a position to enter with any cannabis in their personal metal or glass jars, or in a previously opened SQDC container.
