Plant 13, the Nevada cannabis firm that operates what it calls the world’s largest dispensary, is getting into the California market with a $10 million acquisition of a dispensary license and lease within the Orange County city of Santa Ana.

The corporate can pay Newtonian Rules a mixture of $6 million in money and $four million in shares for the license and what’s anticipated to be a 40,000-square-foot dispensary.

Planet 13, which final week reported first-quarter income of $13.eight million, runs a 112,000-square-foot dispensary “superstore” off the Las Vegas strip.

Extra particulars on the acquisition will be discovered right here.
