Making Whole Hemp Seed Hemp Milk @ Home is super easy. I only use five ingredients. And you have control over the quality of the Hemp Milk since you are the one who buys the ingredients.

When I make homemade hemp seed hemp milk usually, I use hulled hemp seeds, but not today.

I am using 3 cups of water.
(Many people insist on using purified water. So if that is you then use your preferred water.)
I am using 1 cup of unshelled hemp seeds. I got the seeds from here.
I am using 1/8 teaspoon of your favorite salt. (Salt is a flavor enhancer which enables us to use less sweetener if we chose to use any at all.)
I probably use two tablespoons of a healthy sweetener maybe more it all depends on your taste buds. (This time I used local honey, other times I have used Agave Nectar, Figs, Dates, Raisins or whatever else I have felt like using.)
I am using 1 – 2 ounces of my homemade vanilla. (Vanilla is optional)
Other optional ingredients could be nutmeg, allspice, pumpkin pie spice, chai spice and so on. The possibilities are entirely up to you and your taste buds.

So start with your blender pitcher filled with 3 C. of h2o.
Add the sterilized hemp seeds, salt, sweetener and vanilla.
Put the lid on and blend on high for about 3 minutes.

Now give it a taste.

Does it rock?

Now is a good time to make any adjustments to the flavor if need be. Blend again for another 10 or more seconds depending on what you added. If you didn’t add anything then, there is no need to mix it again.

Now, if you are one of the people who insists on filtering all the fiber and pulp out of your milk you can use a paint strainer (which can be found at a hardware store for cheap) or they make milk filters or nut milk bags for this process.

I would take a large pan or bowl, put the strainer in it and then pour you’re freshly made hemp seed milk into it. Then squeeze the liquid through the bag until all the pulp and fiber has been removed.

Now it is not necessary to throw away the stuff you extracted from the milk as it can be added to other food and besides you should try and consume it as it is really good for you.

I do think that I like the hulled hemp seed milk better, but they are both good.

Now I also think that we all need to take more action at getting hemp back into our global economy!

To help us get hemp back on track, I encourage everyone to visit this website and also tell all of your friends, family, neighbors and anyone else about this site!

And while you are there make sure you sign up for the newsletter. So you will be informed of any specials and updated on any additions to the website. As I am always on the look out for more hemp products. And add things frequently.

Healthy Monger Hemp probably has the widest selection of hemp products.

I will see you there!
