Tiny ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A second healthcare marijuana dispensary has been authorized to commence sales in Arkansas and is anticipated to open subsequent week.
The state Division of Finance and Administration on Friday stated it authorized Green Springs Health-related in Hot Springs to open immediately after it passed an inspection. The business says on its Facebook web page that it plans to open on Monday.
The division earlier this month formally signed off on its 1st dispensary, Doctor’s Orders RX in Hot Springs. The two dispensaries are amongst 32 that the state has licensed to sell healthcare marijuana. The state has also licensed 5 cultivation facilities to develop the solution for dispensaries.
Arkansas voters authorized a measure legalizing healthcare marijuana for specific situations in 2016.
