Even though several have been celebrating the international stoner vacation on Saturday, an Indiana man was jailed in Nebraska right after reportedly getting caught with 368 pounds of cannabis in his car.

Thirty-seven-year-old Bradley Wooten of Carmel, Indiana was traveling east on Interstate 80 shortly just before noon on April 20 when a Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) trooper pulled him more than for a visitors quit close to Goehner.

The trooper had observed Wooten’s Dodge Ram failing to remain in its lane.

Through the visitors quit, the trooper detected the scent of cannabis emanating from inside the pickup and started conducting a search.

Upon investigation of the car, the trooper found 16 big black trash bags filled with marijuana in the truck’s cargo region.

According to an NSP spokesperson, Cody Thomas, the worth of the marijuana was estimated to be about $1.1 million, reports the North Platte Bulletin.

The trooper arrested Wooten on charges of marijuana possession of additional than one particular pound, intent to provide, and no drug tax stamp.

Wooten was booked in the Seward County Jail.
