A Nova Scotia lady is difficult how the law tests marijuana customers for impairment immediately after she tested good for cannabis at a roadside checkpoint, but was later identified not to be impaired immediately after undergoing a drug-recognition exam.

Michelle Gray utilizes cannabis oil and dried cannabis to treat her numerous sclerosis symptoms.

She says she was pulled more than for the duration of a routine RCMP checkpoint on Jan. four, but she wasn’t worried since she had taken her cannabis at least six hours ahead of the checkpoint.
