Arkansas Senate passes health-related cannabis bills affecting edibles, marketing

Arkansas marijuana entrepreneurs took note as the state Senate passed two bills aimed at restricting health-related cannabis’ desirability to youngsters by limiting particular edibles and restricting MMJ marketing.

The two bills passed Tuesday codify guidelines currently spelled out by the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Handle Division.

The measures had been sent to the state Home for consideration.
