Severe childhood epilepsies are characterized by frequent seizures, neurodevelopmental delays, and impaired excellent of life. In these remedy-resistant epilepsies, households typically seek option treatment options. This survey explored the use of cannabidiol-enriched cannabis in youngsters with remedy-resistant epilepsy. The survey was presented to parents belonging to a Facebook group devoted to sharing facts about the use of cannabidiol-enriched cannabis to treat their child’s seizures. Nineteen responses met the following inclusion criteria for the study: a diagnosis of epilepsy and existing use of cannabidiol-enriched cannabis. Our survey shows that parents are working with cannabidiol-enriched cannabis as a remedy for their youngsters with remedy-resistant epilepsy.
