two-three tbsp. chia seeds mixed in 1 cup of water place in the fridge for an hour to expand.
1/two cup of hemp seeds in 1 cup of water blended and strained.
mixed in some organic low fat strawberry yogurt and some fresh organic raspberries and a single banana!
Tastes like a tiny piece of heaven(:
