This recipe by The Terpene Connoisseur is wonderful for low temperature baking to avert cannabinoids and terpenes from evaporating.
Preheat oven to 300 F.
In a mixer with a paddle. beat cannabis butter for 1 minute at a medium speed. Add the sugar, baking powder and salt and beat for 30 extra seconds. Add the egg and the terpenes and continue to mix till anything is properly incorporated.
Slow the mixer to a low speed and very carefully add the flour a tiny at a time and mix till the dough just comes collectively.
Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour and roll 1 inch balls and space evenly on parchment lined sheet trays. Bake about 20-25 minutes till cookies are barely cracking on major. They have no colour and appear like they are not prepared when they truly are.
